Week 4- Read ,"The Real Life Romeo and Juliet" and answer questions
Romeo and Juliet Essay- Comparison /Contrast (two movies versions of Act II The Balcony Scene)
1968 Movie by Zefferilli/ 1996 Movie by Baz Luhrman
Note: I will send my sample copy for you to emulate.
Week 5-Critical Analysis Essay Choice/ Student's Choice
Directions: Students may choose 1 from 3 topics on the handout which includes the 3 parts of Expository Essay: Introduction, body and Conclusion
Week 6- Reading Strategies and literary Elements Packet (includes answer key for parental guidance)
Students may pace themselves to complete ALL assignments (88 pages to read)
Attention parents and students:
This week students will receive their Weekly Assessment Packet. Packets need to be turned in Thursday April 23rd during breakfast/lunch distribution, on designated bus routes, or via email directly to the teacher. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your teacher.
If you do not have access to print, Week 5 packets will be available for pick up Monday- Friday during breakfast/lunch distribution at the Elementary campus between 10am-12pm. Packets will also be available on the daily bus routes.
You will also be able to turn in all previous completed packets during this time. Make sure your name is on every packet.
