Bio

Samuel Parish has been a dedicated high school mathematics teacher for more than 18 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics with a minor in business administration, has studied abroad during college, and completed an internship with the United States Department of Defense. Samuel brings a highly analytical mind and strong attention to detail to his teaching, and he believes every student has the capability and potential to learn. He is passionate about helping students grow through project-based and problem-based learning, and he works to create a safe and welcoming classroom environment. He also sponsors the Student Council, National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta National Math Honor Society, where he encourages leadership, scholarship, and school pride.
